Your room

My fiancé and I have an extra, unfurnished bedroom in our 2 bed, 1 bath home in Kensington, starting Nov 1st. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of friendly neighbors. The bedroom has a ceiling fan installed for warm weather. The room has a nice sized closet. Free street parking is available.
You would have access to amenities like: small heater, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, kitchen utensils/appliances, laundry supplies, drinking water, eggs. We have a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer in the back (quarters only) plus a laundry line to hang clothes if you want to save on the dryer. Trash/recycling/compost, electricity, water, WiFi included. We ask that you don’t bring people over without introducing us first. We don’t want a bunch of people in our home but don’t mind if you bring your partner over (again must introduce us). We are seeking $1250/month with a $1250 security deposit. We are seeking someone who wants to stay at least a year, although we are open to month-to-month. No pets allowed.
About us: I work full time as a manager at an ice cream shop. My fiancé is a retired electrician. We’ve been together for 6 years. We are outdoorsy people who also like to chill at home in our room. We enjoy making leather crafts and soap in our free time.
