Hey! I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed, 1 bath house in Kensington. About me: •I'm Luis, 34M, and I work full-time Tuesday through Saturday, so I'm gone most days and evenings. I'm easygoing, keep the house clean, and enjoy having a home that's comfortable, respectful, and laid back. I spend my time playing basketball, going to the beach, cooking, hiking, and exploring new places around San Diego.
House Details: •$1,400/month rent •$1,300 refundable security deposit •1-year lease •850 sq. ft. apartment + a shared patio (it's right outside our unit, so I end up being the only one who really uses it) •Utilities split 50/50 (SDGE + WiFi, approximately $75/month) •Private, unfurnished bedroom •Shared bathroom •Shared Washer/Dryer in building •Secure private garage available for parking or extra storage (currently used for storage, but we can discuss options upon move-in) •Plenty of street parking—there are always spots available right out front •Quiet, safe neighborhood •Our building does not allow pets unfortunately
Location: •The house is in a great spot in Kensington—about a 10-minute walk to Adams Ave where there are coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and neighborhood shops. It also has easy access to Normal Heights, North Park, public transit, and nearby freeways (15, 805, 8). •I'm hoping to find someone who's reliable, friendly/social, pays bills on time, and keeps shared spaces clean. The move-in date is September 1. •If you're interested, send me a little about yourself—what you do, your schedule, when you're looking to move, and anything else you'd like to share. I'm happy to answer any questions or set up a time for you to check out the house!
