Great location in Mission Valley(Kensington area)

Gated community, I have been here 10 yrs. and have great neighbors, quite & safe, 15 min. from anywhere in San Diego. Condo, Duplex, 2 master suits, 2.5 bath, so you have your own bathroom. Bills are split 50/50 (Wifi, SDG&E, Water & Trash). I'm looking for 1 person to share the place. Room has balcony, you have full kitchen privileges but must clean up after yourself, washer, dryer in unit, and dog friendly as long as it gets along with my dog which goes to work with me most days, preferred short hair dog. Me, straight, employed full-time hardworking and very responsible and respectful of others. I work in the golf industry and I am out the door by 4 AM M-F, and some weekends. No working remotely, must have a job away from the Condo/Duplex. 420 friendly outside, no smoking of any kind in unit, and no heavy drinkers(I like to throw a couple back on the weekends). Overnight guest fine as long as they are not here 3,4,5 days a week.
