Private Room and Bath in a Kensington House!

We have a private downstairs bedroom with its own bathroom available in our large Kensington house.

The house itself is spaceous and super chill, clean, relaxed, and full of great perks like a huge kitchen with lots gadgets, central air and heat, hardwood floors throughout, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a detached garage (plenty of storage!) The location is hard to beat: Kensington, just 15 minutes from anywhere in San Diego, even the beach! The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, walkable, and has plenty of easy street parking with quick access to nearby shops and places to eat/drink.

The space has a great vibe. It's warm and comfortable.

About Us:
You’d be living with me (Adam), Sawyer, (both gay) and Jonny (straight). We are all respectful, chill, and easygoing. I work in research administration at UCSD, volunteer in animal rescue. Sawyer is starting nursing school soon and is a writer. Jonny has the third bedroom upstairs, works in IT, is in his mid-20s, very active, newer to San Diego, and enjoys trying new spots around the city.

We all have busy schedules, but when we’re not working we’re into trying new food spots, grilling, and the occasional low-key board game night. We keep shared spaces clean and the overall vibe at home is calm and comfortable. We’re social if we click, but we also really respect personal space.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate additional pets at this time.
