We have a room available and we’re looking for someone chill, respectful, and easy to live with. Big spacious house, open kitchen, and front yard and a patio and backyard.

It’s a Private Room with a Private Bathroom.

You’d be living with me (Adam) and Sawyer - both gay, respectful, chill, and easygoing. I (Adam) work in research administration at UCSD, volunteer in animal rescue, and I’m kind of a Halloween guy. Sawyer is working towards nursing school, loves writing, and enjoys exploring new spots and little adventures around San Diego. We both have busy schedules, but when we’re not working we’re into music venues, trying new food spots, grilling, and the occasional low-key board game night. We keep shared spaces clean and create a calm, comfortable vibe at home. We’re social if we vibe, but totally respect space as well.

Rent: $1350

Utilities: $150 (covers internet, gas/electric, water, trash)
