The house: 3 blocks from Adams ave, which goes through Kensington, Normal Heights, North Park and University Heights. The area is really bike-able. The house has a great canyon view and backyard. Beautiful back patio and sunroom. Tons of built in storage. Small guest room. Washer/dryer in unit! The house is great for group kickbacks, I like to occasionally host (but nothing crazy, I'm in my late 20s). No AC but the windows open vertically so you can buy one if you need it the last two people havent needed it. Plenty of street parking. The common areas are furnished but your rooms won't be. There's a gym in the garage!
