I have a large room available has its own private entry and exit I’m looking for someone drama free that can RESPECT the fact that we SHARE a living room, kitchen and bathroom basically CLEAN UP after using the following so it’s available for the next person to use I don’t really have a lot of traffic in and out of the house looking for someone like minded I don’t mind visitors or guest long as their respectable ANY guest staying more than 2 nights in a 7 days period will require an additional fee towards the rent here to save money not have bills raised for guests who don’t live there I love turning up and having fun like the nextbut I work Monday-Friday so if you’re looking for a party house this is not the spot
