I have a spacious room available with its own private entrance and exit.

I’m looking for a responsible, respectful, and drama-free roommate who values a clean and peaceful living environment.

The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared spaces, so it’s important that everyone cleans up after themselves and respects the common areas.

I keep a quiet home and don’t have a lot of traffic coming in and out. I’m looking for someone who appreciates the same type of environment.

Guests are welcome as long as they are respectful. However, if a guest stays more than two nights within any seven-day period, an additional fee will apply to help cover the increased utility costs. This helps keep expenses fair for everyone living in the home.

I enjoy having fun like anyone else, but I work Monday through Friday, so this is not a party house. If you’re looking for a clean, respectful, and peaceful place to call home, this could be a great fit.
