Renting a cozy private room in a newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom open-concept home. The room is move-in ready, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed and excellent natural light. You will share a bathroom with me (the homeowner, male). You will have full access to a modern kitchen, clean living spaces, and a bright, fresh environment designed for comfortable living.

The Home Dynamic:
This is a relaxed, trust-based, and family-oriented household. We prefer a community vibe where everyone feels welcome in the common areas, rather than a "boarding house" feel where everyone hides in their rooms. We value transparency and mutual respect; because of this, we do not have key locks on the bedroom doors. We firmly believe that mutual respect for one another's privacy is the key to great roommates.

The Location:
Unbeatable location in a quiet, safe neighborhood near 11th & Hemlock. We are exactly 2 miles from the beach—just an 11-minute bike ride to the Imperial Beach Pier, local breweries, and restaurants. For military service members, it is a very fast and convenient commute to surounding Naval Bases.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a full-time college student or a retired individual. The ideal roommate is clean, responsible, easygoing, and family-oriented. We prefer a male roommate to share the bathroom, but a female comfortable sharing with a male is also welcome. We want someone who is comfortable with this level of trust and fits naturally into our relaxed environment. We are looking for more than just a renter; we’d love someone who is down to hang out, share a drink, or go on nights out with us every now and then.
