Renting a cozy private room in a newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom open-concept home. The room is move-in ready, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed (can be removed) and excellent natural light. You will share a bathroom with me (the homeowner, male). You will have full access to a modern kitchen, clean living spaces, and a bright, fresh environment designed for comfortable living.

This is a relaxed, trust-based, and family-oriented household. We prefer a community vibe where everyone feels welcome in the common areas, rather than a "boarding house" feel where everyone hides in their rooms. We value transparency and mutual respect.

The Location:
Unbeatable location in a quiet, safe neighborhood near 11th & Hemlock. We are exactly 2 miles from the beach—just an 11-minute bike ride to the Imperial Beach Pier, local breweries, and restaurants. For military service members, it is a very fast and convenient commute to surounding Naval Bases.

We are seeking a retired individual. The ideal roommate is clean, responsible, easygoing, and family-oriented. We want someone who is comfortable with this level of trust and fits naturally into our relaxed environment. We are looking for more than just a renter; we’d love someone who is down to hang out, share a drink, or go on nights out with us every now and then.
