Roommate and I are looking to fill our spare bedroom since our 3rd roommate of 5 years is moving on. It’s a good sized private room on the first floor. Has a shared bathroom. In unit washer and dryer. We split utilities and WiFi 3 ways. We have common areas on the first and second floor including a family room and living room, kitchen, balcony, back patio, and a 1/2 bath upstairs. There is also a 2 car garage and driveway, plus tons of street parking. Great views of San Diego Bay and downtown. 10 minutes from Coronado and 32nd St.
