I live in a duplex along the Bayshore Bikeway, Two blocks from public transportation with stops to go anywhere you need to be. We have quick access to the Silver Strand leading to Coronado. We are just a short walk to the Imperial Beach pier and plaza. There is a parking spot just steps from the front door. We have our own washer and dryer and COX internet included. SDG&E is a shared expense.
Bedroom is large with a wall to wall closet. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Bathroom is shared with lease holder.
My grandson was the former roommate and has moved on to start his adult life.
