LOCATION: House centrally located in residential area, 10 miles to downtown San Diego, 5 miles to 32nd Street Naval Station (the Base) between I-5 and 805 (2nd and 3rd Avenues, J and K Streets). Near Chula Vista Center, Albertson’s, Sprouts, CVS, CV Post Office and other shopping and businesses, as well as downtown Chula Vista on Third Avenue.

ROOM AND HOUSE: Room has private bath, walk-in closet with built-in shelves and cabinetry, tile flooring, and French doors to backyard. (Room, closet and bath is 330 sq. ft.) WiFi in room and throughout house, kitchen/laundry convenience, cleaning/gardener visits for upkeep of common areas. Energy efficient double-pane windows throughout one-story house, street parking. Garage storage not provided.

TERMS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT: Month-to-month rental agreement. Security deposit is equal a month's rent. Rent includes SDGE-electric and fixed utilities, we cover a large portion of water and SDGE-gas to encourage conserving on utilities that fluctuate based on consumption with any amount over to be shared. Kitchen and washer/dryer convenience. Fairly quiet non-smoking, non-excessive drinking, drug-free environment. Single occupancy. Please, no couples, regular weekend visitor stays or semi live-ins.
