Large Master Bedroom Available Now

Hi! I live in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in a luxury apartment complex in Mission Valley. I am looking for a kind and responsible roommate to move in immediately. The master bedroom is very large with a huge bathroom and large walking closet. It’s $1800 a month plus utilities. If you want my room which is smaller you could take it for $1600 a month and I could move into the larger room if you would prefer. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. It comes with every amenity you could think of. There’s a pool, gym, dog park, screening room, business center, bbqs, fire pits, etc. I am very clean, respectful, and easy going. I have a small dog and would allow another dog but no cats as I’m allergic. My roommate just moved out so haven’t had it professionally cleaned or new carpet put in but will be done before someone moves in.
