Hi everyone! My roommate got married and is moving out in the next few weeks, so I'm looking for someone to fill in her spot from June 2 - Sept 16 when the lease ends. It's a 2bed2bath in Mission Valley. Own private room with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The bathroom has a deep tub and separate shower. In our apartment we have a balcony that gets great sunlight, and an in-unit washer dryer. There’s plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen, a dishwasher, and we have enough space in the fridge to share. There is a 6 floor parking garage with plenty of available parking (price included in rent), and you are able to reserve a specific spot for an extra fee. In Mission Valley off the freeway, we’re close to the 8, 15, and 805.
My roommate is now married and moving out of state with her husband by June 2nd! Looking for someone to move in and cover her portion of the lease. We do have opportunity to renew for a certain time period, or month-to-month, if we want. Neither of us owned pets but our unit is still pet-friendly and smoker friendly! :)
