Roommate wanted for a 2 bed / 2.5 bath townhome in The Village Mission Valley, available starting beginning of June. The home is a two-level unit in a quiet part of a gated community with no upstairs or downstairs neighbors. It features in-unit laundry, dishwasher, hardwood floors downstairs, carpet upstairs, a fireplace, and a large patio. The available bedroom includes a private attached bathroom, walk-in closet, and comfortably fits a queen or king bed. About the community: The VMV offers extensive amenities including multiple pools and spas, a full gym with steam and locker rooms, an on- market/bar, and scenic walking trails that connect to a dog park. Location is highly convenient—about 25 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to major shopping, and walkable to trolley access. About me: I’m James, 28, working a hybrid schedule (WFH Mondays/Fridays, office midweek). I keep a balanced lifestyle as I’m social but also value downtime. Weekends are usually a mix of errands, gym, beach, friends, and occasional nights out. I’m clean and organized and appreciate someone respectful of shared spaces, but not overly rigid. I don’t have pets but am very pet-friendly. My boyfriend and occasional visiting friends from out of state may stay over, so comfort with respectful overnight guests is necessary.
