Room for rent in Fallbrook available 8/1. Move in date is flexible. Rent is $1,050 all utilities are included. Month to month lease. First month plus last months rent due at move in. One occupant only. Shared bathroom with one person you will get your own sink and cabinet. Room will include brand new laminate flooring and paint. Room does not have ac. Landlord to provide portable ac for room. Bathroom has new light fixtures and faucets. New window and battery operated lights in the shower. Brand new washer and dryer located close to your room and bathroom. Super convenient.

Home is located in the center of Fallbrook, walking distance to parks, shops and restaurants.

Utilities include water, trash, internet, gas and electric.

I currently have 5 dogs so you must be comfortable with dogs of all sizes. As much as I love animals, my dogs do not get along with other animals so no pets.
