Charming country cottage on a small estate hidden in plain site on one of Fallbrook's most historic locations. Be surrounded by nature and beautiful views as you take in the peace and quiet which is only occasionally stirred by distant church bells. This lovely little cottage has a full size bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a small kitchenette complete with refrigerator, microwave and induction hot plates. Living room, with bookcase and television plus comfortable sofa/full size bed, dining area and spacious walk-in closet make the tiny home complete, functional and comfortable. Private entrance, parking and Internet access are also included.
We are trying out a permanent resident for 3 months and will consider extension of the contract if all parties are in agreement.
