Room for rent - women only

Hello! I am a single mom to one little boy and I am looking for a kind trustworthy female (women only!) to rent out my room. It is an unfurnished standard size room with closet and new wood flooring. Theres a shared bathroom with one other woman. Also a washer/dryer and covered parking for your convenience. No cats or dogs accepted, but a small caged pet would be considered. Occasional visitors ok. I do not require good credit to live here, just proof of stable income and pass a background check for the safety of my child. It is located in a beautiful community near the 15 & 76 freeways. Close to Temecula, Oceanside, Vista and Escondido. Downtown Fallbrook is only 10 minutes away. There are several scenic parks and hiking trails nearby. Please let me know if interested!
