Master bed (flooring is now hardwood)

Hello! I am a single mom to one little boy and I am looking for kind trustworthy females (women preferred!) to rent out my room. First is the master room with walk in closet and private bathroom. The other room is smaller with a standard closet and a shared bathroom. There's a washer/dryer and covered parking for your convenience. One small dog is ok. Occasional visitors ok. I do not require good credit to live here, just proof of stable income and pass a background check for the safety of my child. It is located in a beautiful community near the 15 & 76 freeways. Close to Temecula, Oceanside, Vista and Escondido. Downtown Fallbrook is only 10 minutes away. There are several scenic parks and hiking trails nearby. They will be ready by September.
