Hi!
I'm looking for a roommate to take over the 2nd bedroom of the 2BR apartment I'm currently sharing in Escondido, as my current roommate of 3 years is moving out sometime in October. It's a nice place on Maple Street near Felicita Rd and Escondido Blvd, not far from the entrance to the 15. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one has the shower and one has the laundry machine. Pets are welcome - we have
a kitty right now, but she belongs to my roommate. Rent would be 1300/month plus the electric bill (I've been taking care of the internet and water, but if the
electric bill goes over that, we can split the difference). I'm going to post some pics of the place. I think the living room couches are staying, but much
