🏡 Roommate Wanted – Brand-New Townhome | Private Bedroom & Bathroom | Escondido

Hi! My husband, Carlos, and I are looking for a friendly, easygoing roommate to share our brand-new 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome in Escondido, located just off S Centre City Parkway.
We are currently in the process of purchasing the home and are expecting to move in around October 9th. We currently live in Mira Mesa and are excited about making this our new home.
🛏️ Your Space
You’ll have your own private bedroom and private bathroom, both located on the first floor, giving you a nice amount of privacy from the rest of the home.
The home is newly built, so everything is modern, clean, and in excellent condition.
You’ll also have a dedicated parking space in the garage.

You’ll have access to all of the common areas, including:
Modern kitchen
Living room
Living room patio
Outdoor patio
In-suite washer & dryer
Shared common areas

Utilities are included with rent, unless an usual amount month happens - this will result in additional cost that month.

We’re looking for someone responsible who is comfortable sharing household expenses and keeping communication easy and straightforward.

Luis: Works in the IT/biotech industry. I work from the office 3 days a week and remotely 2 days a week.
Carlos: Works in healthcare and is in person 5 days a week.
We’re both pretty easygoing and are looking for a roommate who is respectful, clean, responsible, and comfortable with a friendly shared-home environment.
We’re not looking for someone who easy going and gets along with their roommates—we’re happy to give everyone their own space—but we also enjoy having a comfortable, friendly home where people can occasionally hang out, chat, or share a meal.
