Hi, I’m currently looking for a roommate to rent a furnished bedroom in my 3 bed / 2 bath house in Escondido. The home is in a quiet wooded neighborhood with a community pool, easy access to the 78 & 15 freeways, Downtown Escondido, and San Marcos.

The current occupants are myself and one male. We are in our late 20s/early 30s with a cat and are looking for someone in their 20s or 30s who is friendly, easygoing, clean, cat-friendly, and a non-smoker (no weed or vaping).
