Spot available starting August 15, month-to-month, rent due on the first of the month, 30-day notice required upon vacating

First month's rent and deposit in the same amount are due to confirm the spot, the second month will be prorated based off duration of occupation during August.

Private property on a private gated road, consisting of 10 acres shared between 2 other houses and a flower farm; about 5 acres of open space are accessible to the tenant.

Dining room already available in the space, large couch will be provided, more furniture is welcome. I move in August 11 and can provide updated photos about August 18.

Self-employed as a dog trainer, the third bedroom in the unit is a dog kennel room, and the yard is a training space. So although I’m not looking for a housemate with dogs, I do need my housemate to be okay around dogs. Only my two personal dogs are ever left loose in the house; training dogs are under strict rules, and no one is expected to interact with them (unless of course you want to and they are approved for interactions).
