Within minutes from interstate 15 and highway 78, along with grocery stores & main shopping centers. 15 minute drive to CSUSM and Palomar College. Less than 5 minutes from Downtown Escondido, and 10 minutes from the Escondido Mall and Costco (off Nordahl).
