Room for Rent in Escondido

Looking for a good person to rent a room in my 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo starting July 15. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood in Escondido. Rooms are single occupancy only please.
The room available is 10x10 with a nice sized closet. The master bedroom is the only room currently occupied.

1000 for private room includes some utilities (water, gas, trash). You would only be responsible for the split of electricity an wifi.
The place is close to the 15 and 78 split for easy commute to work or school. Would be great for a CSU San Marcos or Palomar student.

Must be okay with cats. Currently there will be no cats in unit, but there may eventually be in a few months.

Background/credit check required.
Employment/income verification.
$1000 security/damage deposit required.
3 month minimum lease but longer preferred
No Smoking (outside okay)
