Utilities and wifi included. Cooker, microwave, and French door fridge included. Kitchenette cabinets and sink can be installed for monthly rent of $1400 instead of $1100.

*****Friendly dogs and cats are on property in yard and possibly laundry room***** Laundry Room is not "shared", but tenant is given Washer & Dryer privileges after 9:00 p. m. and before 12:00 p. m. daily.

ZERO TOLLERANCE ****No DRUGS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MARIJUANA, MEDICAL MARIJUANA, VAPING OR SMOKING****

*MUST PROVIDE LAST RENTAL RESIDENCE AS RENTAL REFERENCE, 2 PERSONAL REFERENCES, PAY STATEMENT & EMPLOYER PHONE NUMBER TO VERIFY INCOME. Must be OK with Property Manager calling employer & references to verify income and rental reference.

*Small kitchenette table included, but can be removed. Price stays the same.

* No overnight guests / or guests on property without prior authorization from property manager. Guests OK on occasion with prior authorization.

*No using the water outside: Examples: Washing cars, planting & watering gardens, outdoor plants, etc.

*No pets of any kind allowed in tenant unit or outside on property.

*Backyard is off limits and only for Owners use.

*Tennant is allowed to use our BBQ pit only in back of driveway, not allowed in our front yard.

*Tennant is asked to respectfully not come to front door of home and give owners their privacy.

*Tenants are required to contact only Tamra, the Property Manager via phone or text if they have anything they need to discuss including maintenance and paying rent.
