Room for rent in Escondido

Looking for another female for our girls only home. Single bedroom on the second (top) floor of an apartment unit. You would be moving into “Guest Bedroom #2”, as listed on the floor plan. The room is carpeted and gets great lighting. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other roommate. Rent includes water, but we pay electric and wifi. Split 3 ways the combo usually comes out to be around $60-$100 depending on AC usage. There is no in unit laundry, but the complex laundromat is right down the stairs. Your closet door is made out of mirrors, which is really cool. The room itself is unfurnished, but the living space is furnished.

The house has one medium sized dog. She is well mannered and loves to snuggle.

Our household values communication and respect. Both of us love a good drink, but we are by no means partiers.

We are **0 friendly, but not tobacco.

We both love to craft, and one of us is a plant mom.

I myself am getting Master’s degree, but I still work. The other roommate manages a salon.

The apartment is pretty central in Escondido. Downtown Escondido is less than 10 mins away, and we have several stores and shopping centers within a mile of us.
