I have a Private Bedroom furnished with Queen bed and a private bath in a 2Bed/2Bath apartment available for rent. Hall has TV and Sofa. Rent is 1280 + Utilities (Around 120 - Internet, Water & Trash, SDGE). Total comes around 1400. Altair apartments is a safe and gated community with lot of families. Close to offices in Carlsbad and Rancho Bernado.

Looking for someone professional, works full time, pays rent on time and is friendly.

I am 36 male, work full time as Engineer in Rancho Bernardo, no smoking or drugs, Alcohol socially during happy hours :)
