Hello! Looking for someone to rent a bedroom in a four bedroom house starting mid April or May with my sister and I, and her boyfriend.

Located in Escondido in a very quiet safe neighborhood. *$1650 OBO * and all utilities are included except Internet, which is split between the four of us, so very cheap
(Option to a second bedroom for office or just extra space)

We are looking for someone that's clean and considerate and not someone who brings the party home.
I do have a dog, she's a sweetheart.
