Seeking someone who is a working professional or a graduate student who is peaceful, responsible and reliable. The room that is available is a good sized room, and there is a bathroom to be shared with my adult son and teenage daughter (17 years old). I work full time and so does my son, and we need someone who can work with our schedules as we all tend to wake up early and leave by 7am. In the evening, we go to sleep by 10 pm on work days, therefore need someone who is considerate and will contribute to the overall quietness needed in the evenings. There is a shared laundry area, kitchen, living room and dining room. The room is furnished. It's available now and we are looking to rent it out ASAP.

We will clear an entire bookcase, but one bookcase will still have books on it. Also, will clear the desk of all the books on it currently.
