My pup and I are looking for a female roommate. She would have the master bedroom which has an en suite bathroom. Room is currently occupied. Current lease ends in March. We would renew the lease together. Gated community, parking included, Shared in unit W/D, stainless steel appliances, gas range, pool & gym on site. Open to couples.
There is one dog that lives here. He is 7 yrs old and friendly with other dogs, no cats. (Tenant is responsible for their own pet deposit and rent. Pet Guidelines, requirements and costs are determined by property management.)
