Master Bedroom with private bathroom

Photos are with current renters furniture. This room with be empty and deep cleaned before moving in. Master bedroom with private bathroom available as soon as Dec 1st. Full access to kitchen use, your own complete fridge and freezer, storage in backyard shed, 1 driveway parking space + ample street parking, above ground pool during summer time (or anytime if you are willing to help with basic pool cleaning). Must be kid friendly, animal friendly and not allow random people coming through as this is my kids safe place. Flat rate of $1250 if one person but negotiable for couples or parents sharing the room with children as that raises utilities. Shared common areas and a spot at the dinner table on nights I cook with a heads up of you being there. Must have a full time job with personal references.
