New Roomie for 2BR/2BTH Needed - Avail 11/14/2025

Hey there!

I'm moving out of a 2BR/2BTH apt (Reidy Creek Apartments) that will have a bedroom available 11/14/2025 so I'm looking for someone to take my place on the lease.

-2BR 2 Bath (located right across from your room)
-BR has small walk-in closet (it's not tiny, can fit decent amt)
-Living/dining room has a ceiling fan & apt has A/C
-Heater located in your BR
-Apt is on 1st FL & has patio (parking lot is right outside)
-In-unit washer/dryer is right outside your BR
-Water/Sewer/Trash is included (billed-back)
-Assigned, covered parking spot right outside apt
-Rent including W/S/T for this lease is $1245.00 a month

Rent & W/S/T can be paid online via LOFT Living online/mobile app portal & shows breakdown of amounts per month, so you know what you're paying. I split SDG&E w/the roomie now and the most we've paid is $65 that I send them via PayPal. The only other cost that you will need to figure out between each other would be cable/internet as I pay for that myself since I work remotely.

I've added some pics of a similar apartment to help with showing the space. To give a bedroom space reference, I have a full-sized bed w/frame, nightstand, dresser, shoe tower, 2 55' desks in an L-shape for personal/work use w/gaming chair and still have space to maneuver around my room pretty freely.
