I have 1 room for rent in my 4 bedroom, older family home. $1300 + 1/2 utilities, usually $100. It will just be the two of us. FEMALES ONLY please. We will share all common spaces: living room, kitchen - very light with lots of cupboards, covered very large backyard with beautiful wooden table, very nice place for morning coffee. Washer/driver in garage, deep freezer in garage, refrigerator - or I have a micro fridge that you are welcome to use.

I work full time from home, so would need someone who works outside the house. There is an extra room that we can both use for storage or something else.
