Hi there!
My roommate will be moving out soon and I want to start looking for a great roommate. My husband and I are looking for someone we can share our home with. Room can have the loft or it can be removed. I have 2 schnauzer rescues, so not looking to add any other pets. Quiet area, close to 15 fwy. One exit from mall and 3 other shopping centers. Water, trash and sewer runs $45 to $50 a month. Sdge is about $40 a month. We are looking for someone who is responsible, respectful and can pick up after themselves, especially in common areas. House has a patio which ia great for coffee mornings or reading outside. Washer and dryer are also available. Not a party house!
