Bedroom w/Shared Bath Escondido

Bedroom with Shared Bath available for rent in a house in Escondido. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is very close to Trader Joe's, Vons, Jimbo's, and the 15 and 78 freeways. It is also within minutes of Cal State San Marcos, San Diego Zoo's Safari Park, Target, and many popular hiking trails and parks.

Shared amenities include:

-4 person hot tub with LED lights and soothing bubble jets! I have a projector that you can use if you'd like to watch a movie while in the hot tub. There is also a TV out there. The best time to use the hot tub is at night after a long hard day at the office.

Landlord pays for high-speed internet, water, sewer, and trash. All other utilities (gas and electric) will be shared and appropriately prorated as needed. One tenant already on site lives in a studio apartment that shares a wall with the main part of the house. He has his own entrance and his own driveway. There is a door in between his place and the main part of the house, but it is always blocked off (except in rare cases when furniture or whatnot needs to pass through there). So, you will probably not see him every day. Another tenant occupies the master bedroom. She has her own bathroom. You would be sharing a bathroom with me. We're looking for someone quiet, responsible, and respectful, please.

A little bit about the landlord: I am a 43 year old professional who is quiet, clean, and respectful. In my spare time, I enjoy watching TV, cooking, unwinding in the massage chair, and relaxing in the hot tub when I am home (although I work long hours and also like getting out into nature when I can).
