8 minute walk to Palomar College, on-site parking, laundry, pool, jacuzzi and close to shopping.

Condo unit is located in a quiet neighborhood in Escondido. This area has some great hiking trails nearby, Nights on Grand, California Center for Arts, Lake Dixon, Daley Ranch plus lots of local restaurants and clubs. Freeway access is nearby (I-15 and Hwy 78) as well as public transit options.

Condo mate: Easy going female professional, who is clean and enjoys cooking, good music, movies, hiking and has a small cat.
