Room is located in the Oak Hill Area of Escondido. Close to shopping/Grand Avenue/ Great Food !!!! I have a small room for rent in my manufactured home pictures are available in the profile. I am close to Grand Avenue and all major shopping along Valley Parkway in Escondido. You will have off street parking I will share my driveway. I live simple. Internet and utilities are included. The room is unfurnished. You will have your own bathroom. I do have a washer and dryer in the house. This is a month-to-month rental deal with 30-day notice by either party to terminate the agreement. I am hoping for a long-term STABLE renter if possible.

I am the homeowner. I am laid back and easy going. You must be stable and clean and responsible. Again, this is a Month-to-Month agreement based on a 30-day notice of termination by either party. I don’t mind if you drink once in a while or smoke * outside but no chronic alcoholics please. We can talk about the deposit after I meet you and we decide it’s a good fit. I will ask to meet out for coffee nearby just to get a feel if we are compatible as roommates. I look forward to hearing from you.
