Room for rent in Escondido, CA $675

Looking for clean, respectful Roomie in a house with two couples. Must be good with dogs. We have three awesome dogs that are very friendly. Nice size room with private balcony. You will share a bathroom but there is also a half bath downstairs if needed. Room is unfurnished so you will need furniture. We have a nice size backyard and there is a community pool/hot tub in the neighborhood. We have many shops/stores/and Lake Hodges near to us. No smoking inside the house but if you smoke you may outside downstairs not on patio it will disturb the other roommates. We are very clean roommates and looking for someone that gels and vibes with the house. We are all 26-35 and looking for someone in there 20?s or 30?s. Rent is $675 plus utilities. If you would like cable in your room you will split that with us, same with WiFi. Everything is shared and it?s a great house to live in. We all are up early for work in the morning and in our rooms by 8-10 at night.
