One housemate needed for beach duplex

September 1st Move-In

Seeking a (male or female) kind, clean, and conscientious working professional to fill the 3rd room in our peaceful little 3-bedroom duplex at the beach. We prefer someone in their 30s-40s who respects common spaces and has great communication skills. We don’t bring the party home and are in bed pretty early most nights. Tiffany and I both work mostly in office and are seeking someone similar. We hope to become friends with this new person.

The room: fits a queen sized bed comfortably with a desk, has a semi walk-in closet

Unit is 1.5 blocks from Moonlight Beach. One full bathroom upstairs and one half bathroom on the main floor. Washer/dryer in unit. Small patio. No dishwasher. Street parking. So sorry, but no pets. You’ll have to pass property mgmt background/credit checks. Month-to-month rent is $1,216.66/month starting September 1st and we’re hoping to find someone long-term. Property mgmt requires a $500 deposit. We pay for SDGE and internet (about $100 each). We also have a cleaner come in every once in a while and that is $50/person.
