Inside laundry. Driveway parking. Prefer renter who works out of home. No animals-allergic. I am a busy retired person travels for fun and to visit family. Clean , comfy, light and bright home. Past renters (many are still great friends) say my home has a relaxed, no drama, positive vibe. Credit & background checks required.
