Fletcher Hills area of West El Cajon - Home has a nice view of the hills
Grossmont College is 2 miles away, SDSU is 8 miles away, UCSD is 19 miles away
Located off 125N between the I-8 and SR-52
2 miles from downtown Santee, restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, and outdoor shopping.
The beach is about 20 miles away.

Requirements include:
Please be reasonably quiet, clean, polite, helpful, kind, responsible, professional, employed, mature, student, military, okay. Be willing to help out when needed (shared space) and keep your space clean.

The room is for single occupancy and no overnight guests. An occasional overnight guest may be allowed with permission first. No illegal drugs or tobacco use, social drinking is ok. This is not a party house. This is a quiet, safe established neighborhood.

About me:
I'm a single female homeowner and never have more than three people living in the home including myself. I have been living in this home for 25 years. When the weather permits I will be outside enjoying the nice weather. I also like to bake. My roommate will sometimes benefit from my cooking sprees. I have a friendly older pitbull dog and a younger cat. If you are allergic to cats this probably won't work for you even though she isn't allowed in the bedrooms unless you want her company. I currently have my son’s german shepard while he is deployed in the Marines. My daughter is the other roommate who has an English bulldog. We are fairly easy to get along with as long as you are a good person, like to help out now and then, and don't lie or steal. The last two are grounds for eviction!
