This bright and comfortable room includes direct access to a private bathroom with two entry points for added convenience. The room also has a small patio. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, providing added separation from the main level room.

We’re looking for someone who is considerate of shared living and mindful of others’ privacy, while also being friendly and open to connecting with the other roommates from time to time. Ideally, this would be someone who treats the home with care and consistently keeps their bedroom and bathroom neat, clean, and well maintained. One roommate works evenings and nights, while the other works from home during daytime hours, so an ideal tenant would be mindful of noise during morning and afternoon hours.

The initial lease term is six months, with the option to extend if the home feels like a good fit for everyone. No smoking and no pets. Street parking is available. Before any final decision is made, we would like to schedule a time for potential tenants to meet the current roommates to ensure a good overall fit.
