Hi, I have a large bedroom for rent in a 4 bedrooms 3 baths house, available now! The house is in a safe, quiet and gated community complex, close to the 8, 67, 52, 125 freeways, close to parkway plaza mall, major banks and groceries stores, 6 miles to Grossmont College, 8 miles to SDSU and 5 miles to Cuyamaca college. I have high speed wireless Internet, and washer and dryer in the house, you will pay 1/4 of the utilities, usually around $60 to $95/month.
The current occupants are 3 males, 27 to 34 years old male young professional, responsible, fun and neat, we will prefer someone between 21 and 45. The house is very clean as seen on the pictures. To move in, you will need March rent and a refundable $700 security deposit. Sorry no couple, no pets, no drug, no parties.
