Looking for a responsible roommate to share a spacious ranch style home in the Granite Hills area of El Cajon. The private unfurnished bedroom is 17’x15’. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and all common areas are shared. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning, as well as fans in all bedrooms. Currently 3 mature, clean, and friendly roommates reside in the other rooms. There is a large, friendly, protective dog. There are 2 baths. You will share a bathroom with one other tenant. Solar panels reduce electricity costs. All utilities (gas/electric, water, garbage, and WIFI) are equally divided amongst the occupants. Utilities average about $75 p/mo per person. Rent is $1,400 for this expansive private residence with plenty of parking in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
