Private Furnished Room Available Now – 12 min to SDSU

We have a private furnished bedroom available in our 3 bed / 2 bath home, about 12 minutes from SDSU. The room is 10’ x 9’ with a large 3’ x 10’ closet (so plenty of storage), so in total 13’ x 9’. It includes a twin bed, desk, lamp, 40” TV, and a 4.3 cu. ft. mini fridge with top freezer.

If you prefer to bring your own furniture, we can remove the bed, desk, chair, and lamp so the room can be unfurnished.

What’s included in rent:
All utilities (internet, electric, sewer), household supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and cleaning products. We have shared cleaning tools and a robo-vac that keeps the common areas tidy. Any streaming services we subscribe to are available to you as well.

Shared bathroom (with one roommate).

The kitchen is fully shared with access to cookware and utensils. Some cabinet space is available for personal items, and the room includes a private mini fridge for your groceries and drinks.

Hi! We’re Laura and Obed (married, in our 30s) and our roommate Aidan (22). We’re renting out two rooms in our home and live here with our two friendly dogs, Cash and Arlo (Frenchie + English Bulldog).

We’re laid-back, clean, and respectful. We enjoy hanging out sometimes — movie nights, games, crafts, or just chatting — but we also value personal space.
