Your rent includes water, trash, and wifi. SDG& E & the propane tank fills gets divided by the three rm mates. You have access to the entire house, excluding the other two bedrooms, of course. Washer / Dryer in home. Central AC / heat. Minutes from Cuyamaca College.
(Side note: this home is on septic.) Your roommates: two males, 46 and 48, they both are professional, respectful of everyone's space, and easy going.
