Looking for a social roommate to share a home

FEMALE ROOMMATE ONLY!!! It’s a ground floor, 2 bedroom apartment in a gated complex in the downtown El cajon area. It is located near shopping, restaurant/fast food, and public transportation. You will have your own furnished bedroom (full bed, desk, dresser, bookshelf, lamp), and your own fridge in the dining room but a shared bathroom with me. I’m preferably looking for a new live-in caregiver, which would more than cover the room rental cost. If you want to learn more about how to be a p/t IHSS care provider we can discuss how that will allow you to earn extra $$$ income toward your rent, or spending $$, (22+ hours per week). My complex allows ESA and service animals. I would love to set up a time to meet with you to discuss details and make sure we would be a good fit, if so, I would love to show you the apartment and I can also send you a link for the virtual apartment tour. I want someone who is financially responsible. I have a room rental agreement and require a background check with no history of eviction or bankruptcy. The rent is month to month for the first 3 months after that I would like to have a 6-12 month agreement. There are avocado, lime and lemon trees on the property for the tenants to pick. Also the apartment has a playground and pool, and lots of families with kids. I’m not a neat freak and I consider myself a little messy, but as long as we respect each other’s space and clean up after ourselves (that’s a must) in common area spaces we should get along. If we work together and communicate about shared spaces, we can establish responsibilities and boundaries, together. I have strong ties to my neighborhood and am looking for a long term roommate.
ABOUT ME:
I’m a very social, partially disabled christian woman, diagnosed as high functioning on the autism spectrum, with shoulder mobility issues, and asthma, I love crafting, art projects, movies, music, puzzles and games. I’m an artist, and started my own small Etsy business working from home. Although I enjoy relaxing at home I’m an extrovert and am very involved with kiddos in my neighborhood. I’m also very involved in my church, (children’s ministry, home bible study and homeless ministry) they are my family. I’m easy to get along with (I don’t hold grudges), honest and open minded. I’m super up front, brutally honest, and speak my mind. I’m very open to honest and kind criticism (it’s how people grow and become the best versions of themselves). I love getting to know people from all walks of life and enjoy learning about different people’s cultures, beliefs, and view points. Because of my autism, having established boundaries, agreed upon household rules and structure are vitally important to make living together a positive experience. The following are my preferred boundaries and household rules:

•No overnight guests, unless approved by both of us
•No couples drama/fighting in home, home should be a peaceful place
•If we have company visiting, communicate with each other.
•Establish household shared cleaning/upkeep rules
•I have very little filter and may not always read body language and cues, so please be patient. Sometimes simplifying, rewording, or talking in a different way helps to clear up these challenges.
•If you’re honest and blunt I don’t take offense easily, so it’s helpful to be direct with me. I don’t hold grudges and am easy to forgive others.
•I know that if I’ve been home by myself all day I’m going to want to socialize when you are home. Please speak up if you need decompression/alone time after a long day, when you’re not up for socializing.
I do have a beautiful ESA cat who usually likes to roam the whole apartment, and I may get her a sister soon. I can keep most of her stuff in my room if that is preferable.
