This inviting room is exclusively available to a respectful female seeking a cozy, single-occupancy space.

We prefer someone between 35 and 55 who leads an active lifestyle, works outside the home, and has a steady income. Please note, this is a shared home with mature women only. We are unable to accommodate couples, or pets.

Located in Rancho San Diego, just 14 miles east of Downtown San Diego, the neighborhood is safe and convenient, with everything within walking distance—library, shopping centers, theaters, restaurants, grocery stores, and quick access to golf courses. Check the map to see whether your commute works for you.

Our home offers a safe, peaceful environment with plenty of street parking. We value a drama-free space, so we highly encourage social activities outside the house.

The cozy, furnished 10x12 room includes a new twin bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, fan, blinds, and laminate flooring. When my other lodger is in town, the bathroom is shared—updated photos to follow.

You'll also have access to the kitchen for light cooking, the eating area, laundry facilities, backyard, and an extra refrigerator in the laundry room.

To keep everything running smoothly, we require background and credit checks, verified income, and proof of employment. Cleanliness is essential to us. No guests, overnight stays, parties, smoking, or drugs are allowed on the property.
