A 1-year lease is preferred.

I'm looking for a friendly, responsible, and mature 35-55-year-old professional lady with an active lifestyle who works outside the home and has a steady income. Please note that this room is for single occupancy only, not couples.

This is a mature female household: I cannot accommodate couples or any pets.

Rancho San Diego is 14 miles east of Downtown San Diego. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the library, shopping centers, theaters, restaurants, grocery stores, and golf courses. Be sure to check the map to confirm your commute to work.
This home offers an excellent environment for someone who values safety, ample street parking, and a peaceful, serene setting. I prefer to keep things drama-free; your socializing is encouraged outside the house.

Furnished cozy room, 10x12 , with a comfortable twin bed, nightstand, a chest of drawers, fan, blinds, and laminate flooring—shared bathroom with my other lodger when she's ocacionaly in town.

You’ll have access to the kitchen for light cooking, the dining room, the laundry room, a pleasant backyard, and a separate refrigerator in the laundry area.

I have a few requirements, including a background and credit check, and income and employment verification. Cleanliness is a priority. I insist on no overnight guests, smoke, or drugs of any kind on the property.
