The bedroom is large with a walk-in closet and private bath/shower. It has a beautiful view of Otay Lake and mountain. I can furnish bed, which is Queen size, if needed. So the room comes furnished or unfurnished. This is a smoke-free, drug-free, drama-free home. There are pets, friendly poodles and cats. I prefer a working individual rather than retired. A working professional. I work from home in the performing arts from around 3 to 8 Mon. through Friday and Sat. afternoon. Wifi ready. Kitchen available, no laundry. Utilities included. Single occupancy.
The room is close to the 125. Hiking trails, parks, nature walks. This is a nature preserve. Very quiet, safe, peaceful living.
