Apartment for rent

Unfortunately, I have to leave the apartment by the end of this month due to a serious family emergency. Several close family members have recently passed, and I need to be there to take care of everything back home. Because of this, I’m looking for someone responsible and trustworthy to house-sit my beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury apartment at Millenia the avalyn Apartments.
The apartment is in a quiet, upscale community with a lot of military families. It features two master bedrooms, modern finishes, and a very comfortable layout. I’ve kept it clean and well-maintained.
Normally the rent is $3,600/month. In exchange for house-sitting services (keeping the place clean, handling packages, and being a good neighbor), I’m willing to cover half the rent myself. I’m only asking $1,800 per month with no deposit required for the right person who can move in quickly.
Street parking is available right now (the garage may become available during your stay).
