Hello there! We’re seeking a roommate to share our 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in the friendly neighborhood of East Lake, Chula Vista. If you’re a professional or student in your mid-late 20s or older, and you appreciate a clean, comfortable living environment, our home could be your new haven! The room is available now and currently furnished, but we can easily remove the bed and additional furniture if desired.

Here’s what we’re offering:

• A 12’ x 10’ private bedroom that can be furnished or unfurnished, according to your preference.
• Access to a private modern bathroom with quality fixtures.
• A full kitchen with a gas stove and designated storage area.
• Street parking and all-inclusive utilities (electricity, gas, trash, water, and high-speed internet). Guest parking is available during specific time periods.

About the area:

• Our home is a 10-15 minute drive from Southwestern College.
• You’ll find shopping centers and a variety of dining options nearby.
• There are numerous parks in the area for recreation and relaxation.
• A neighborhood swimming pool just a short walk away.
• Lifetime Fitness is currently under construction but will be a short 5 minute walk from home.

As for us, we’re a down-to-earth couple in our 30s. We also share our space with well-behaved cats, so a fondness for feline companions is a must.

Rent is set at $1,100 per month with utilities included.
